5 minute workout for the busy Super Women!

No time to exercise? I call it bullshit!

Sorry but we ALL have 5 mins in our day. If you’re healthy and If you have time to be on social media then you have time to workout. We don’t exercise because we don’t want to, not because we can’t.

Here’s something you can do in 5 mins. Just 5 mins!

  • Mountain climbers, 30 seconds
  • Plank 30 seconds,
  • Leg raises 30 secs

Repeat 3 rounds for a total of 4 mins 30 secs. Take quick breaks if you need to and get back right on it.
